The City of Manassas Park is accepting applications for the position of Payroll & Benefits Manager in the Department of Human Resources. Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Payroll & Benefits Manager will administer the payroll and benefits for the entire City. The position is responsible for completion of all tasks necessary to accomplish the city’s payroll and benefits objectives. This position requires an extremely detail-oriented person with significant knowledge of payroll and benefits administration, including state and federal regulations.
